Get Your Red Out!
Dickinson’s Day of Giving 2023 kicks off this morning, challenging 3,000 Dickinsonians to make a gift and “get your red out!” And with nearly 20 generous challenges spanning scholarships, affinity groups, academic programming, diversity, equity and inclusivity initiatives, and more, there are so many ways you can double the impact of your gift.
The college is also asking the entire college community to “get your red out!” After you make your gift, post a selfie wearing your favorite Dickinson red gear, and tag at least one other Dickinsonian, challenging them with “get your red out!” (Use hashtags #dsongives #dsonproud. Don’t use social media? Just email your photo to us at social@dickinson.edu and we'll post it to the Day of Giving site or the college's social media accounts.)
As part of the Day of Giving on-campus festivities, the Peddler is providing free coffee to Mermaid Society members on Britton Plaza from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The first 25 members of the Mermaid Society to stop by will receive a Mermaid Society mug.
Every gift makes an impact, because gifts of every size make a difference to every student. And since those students go on to make a positive impact, that means every gift makes a difference on the wider world far beyond the limestone walls.
