College announces the 12th Young Alumni Trustee at Commencement
At Sunday's Commencement ceremony, Douglas Pauls '80, chair of Dickinson's Board of Trustees, announced that Student Senate President Daisheau "Shea" Player '22 (chemistry) will serve as Dickinson’s new Young Alumni Trustee.
The two-year position brings a unique voice—with a full vote—to board discussions and meetings and assists the board in developing open and meaningful connections with the student body. The Young Alumni Trustee also provides the board with a current perspective to support the mission of the college. Player soon will be joining Johns Hopkins Department of Surgery as a transplant surgery research assistant.
