Pride Week festivities kick off Saturday, April 2

by Ellie Werner '22

The Office of LGBTQ Services is launching the first Campus Pride Week, April 2-8. Join in on the celebration by kicking off the week with Pride Fest on Saturday, April 2, and the many events to follow throughout the week.

LGBTQ+ Services is partnering with other offices and departments on campus to offer a range of activities to celebrate Pride on campus during the month of April, while students are still on campus. Look for the keynote talk given by Emily Newberry ’66, who will be describing how her life journey led her to advocating for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to cover transition-related healthcare. Check the Office of LGBTQ Services Events & Programs page for the full lineup, times and locations, and head to EngageD to register.
