We extend our deepest gratitude to Lily who was the first ever Dialogist in Residence and Co-Project Manager of Dialogues Across Differences, starting the role in 2023 after they graduated from Dickinson with a BA in Political Science and Women & Gender Studies. Lily's hard work and dedication to the Dialogues Across Differences program has set up its success for bringing dialogues and training facilitators to Dickinson's campus.

We want to extend a special thanks and acknowledge the intellectual and service contributions that Kathryn contributed to the Dialogues Across Differences program during her time at Dickinson. Kathryn has been an invaluable resource and has done so much good for the program. The Dialogues Across Differences program would not be where it is today without Kathryn Heard.
