Here’s our current schedule:
Friday, June 12
9 p.m. ADE Alumnae Reception in Bosler Atrium
We’ll have memorabilia, a sing-along, acknowledge the first class/founding sisters, etc.
Free, but please register on the Alumni Weekend registration form so we know how many people to prepare for. Spouses, significant others and friends are all welcome.
Saturday, June 13
10-11:15 a.m. ADE Through the Years at the Archives
View some of the materials that are being preserved at the college, and find out what you can contribute of your own to help fill in any gaps.
11:30 a.m. ADE Group Photo on Bosler Steps
Wear your sky blue and ivy green!
Noon-1:30 p.m. Lunch
We’ll have reserved tables at the Alumni Barbecue on Morgan Field.
$15 – register on the Alumni Weekend registration form
Saturday afternoon – hang out in Buchanan Hall (our on-campus housing and home-base in the Quads – aka the former Theta Chi House to many of us)
Saturday evening – dinner at Allenberry Resort (for those not attending a class reunion dinner)
An evite will be sent closer to the event. All spouses, significant others and friends are welcome.
Housing:
On-campus
- If it’s a reunion year for you, you can list your class year in the housing section of the Alumni Weekend registration form.
- If it’s not a milestone reunion year, or if you prefer to stay with other ADEs, request “ADE/Buchanan Hall” in the housing section of the Alumni Weekend registration page.
Hotel
- Fairfield By Marriott Carlisle, 1528 E. Commerce Ave, Carlisle, 717-243-2080. Tell them you are part of the ADE Alumni Block. $169 Cut-off date: May 14th.
