Career Spotlights
Dickinson’s Career Spotlights are focused, boutique‑style career fairs that connect employers with students interested in specific industries or geographic regions. Each Spotlight is intentionally designed around a defined theme, allowing employers to engage with students whose career interests closely align with their organization or industry.
Employers receive tabling space to highlight their organization, connect with engaged students, and recruit candidates for internship and employment opportunities.

Past events have included the Central PA Spotlight in Fall 2025 and the Social and Community Impact Spotlight in Spring 2026.
