Information sessions and employer presentations provide a targeted way for organizations to connect with Dickinson students when recruiting for current and upcoming opportunities. These events are most effective when tied to specific roles, internship programs, or early‑career pathways, allowing employers to highlight opportunities, share insights into their organization and recruitment cycle, and engage directly with interested candidates.
Our dedicated Employer Relations team works closely with each employer to create customized engagement opportunities that help organizations connect with early career talent at Dickinson College.

Scheduled One‑on‑One and Small‑Group Meetings
Employers may engage students through pre‑scheduled meetings such as coffee chats or on‑campus interviews. These interactions are coordinated by the Employer Relations team and include defined time blocks, locations, and student sign‑ups for one‑on‑one or small‑group conversations. Employers may request resumes in advance and/or target participation from specific majors, academic programs, or class years, allowing for focused, intentional engagement with qualified candidates.
Career Pathways Programming & Exploratory Engagement
Employers interested in exploratory or educational engagement (such as industry conversations, networking opportunities, or skills‑focused workshops) may be interested in Dickinson’s Career Pathways programming. The Employer Relations Team collaborates with Career Pathways Advisors and campus partners to connect employers with students aligned to specific industries within Dickinson's Career Communities.
