Issues with Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Windows after the migration to Office 365

 

Q: I use Outlook for Windows to check my Dickinson email, is there anything I need to do?

A: Once the mailbox is successfully migrated to Office 365, Outlook 2016 for Windows should automatically receive new settings telling it to retreive mail from Office 365 and you should receive a prompt to log into Office 365 with your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS and Dickinson password.  Click here to see what these prompts look like.
