Flexible Spending Accounts

Through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you are able to set aside money, before it is taxed, in order to pay for eligible out-of-pocket costs for dependent and health care expenses.

There are two types of FSA's:

  1. Healthcare FSA
  2. Dependent Care FSA

Effective July 1, 2024, Human Resource Services will be partnering with Ameriflex for our flexible spending accounts benefits.

Submitting Ameriflex Paper Claims

To submit a paper claim form, complete the form (link below), and then forward the claim by email, fax or mail:

Human Resource Services partnered with HealthSmart Benefit Solutions to enhance Dickinson’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program through June 30, 2024.  HealthSmart ensures that you and Dickinson remain current with changing federal legislation and compliance issues regarding health care. Utilizing HealthSmart also supports the college’s sustainability initiatives, improves efficiencies, and gives you easier access to your funds.
