Human Resource Services has partnered with HealthSmart Benefit Solutions to enhance Dickinson’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program. HealthSmart ensures that you and Dickinson remain current with changing federal legislation and compliance issues regarding health care. Utilizing HealthSmart also supports the college’s sustainability initiatives, improves efficiencies, and gives you easier access to your funds.
Through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you are able to set aside money, before it is taxed, in order to pay for eligible out-of-pocket costs for dependent and health care expenses.

- On-line tracking of expenses and claims - New users need to create a username and password. Employee ID is the first letter of your first name (capitalized), followed by your last name in lower caes, and then the last 4 digits of your SSN and Employer ID is JSLDIC.
