2021-2022 Open Enrollment

The open enrollment period for the fiscal year 2021-2022 is now CLOSED. Benefit and retirement enrollment information was available via Self Service Banner from Monday, May 17 through Sunday, June 6. As of June 1, open enrollment contains newly approved July 1 salary amounts.

Current insurance benefits, retirement amounts, and annual giving contributions will continue into 2021-2022 if no changes are made; however, flexible spending accounts require an active re-enrollment each year.

Employees are encouraged to review the detailed information on this site, as well as all instructions, prior to logging into Self Service Banner. Please be advised that ALL changes will be effective July 1, 2021.

  • Log into the Gateway
  • Click on the SSB icon
  • Select Employee Dashboard
  • Expand the ‘Benefits’ information section by clicking somewhere in that section
  • Select the blue ‘Open Enrollment’ button on the far right of that section
