- Enrollment Help - Employees may stop by the Human Resource Services office (55 N West St) anytime during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and one of our helpful staff members will be able to assist you with your elections. If you need to see one of us before or after business hours, please call to set up an appointment. Please be sure to know your Self Service Banner PIN when you arrive.
