Dickinson College Updates on the Coronavirus

Week of June 8, 2020

Sent: June 10, 2020

To Dickinson faculty and staff:

This Friday, Cumberland County will move into the green phase of reopening. While that is very good news, Dickinson will not be reopening as usual right now.

We are in the process of identifying departments and functions that we will need to return to work on campus. As these decisions are made, those impacted employees will be contacted by their supervisors.

Only those who are contacted should plan to report to work on-site.

We will move forward carefully to ensure the health and safety of our community. We are following state regulations and federal and state health guidelines, as we have throughout this crisis. Requests to work on campus projects will need to be submitted to supervisors, who will consult with divisional vice presidents.

Specific safety guidelines are available for those returning to campus. Please note that anyone on campus must always wear a face mask and adhere to social distancing requirements.

Thank you all for your patience as we have worked through this challenging time. Stay safe, stay healthy and stay Dickinson strong.

Sincerely,

Margee M. Ensign
President
