Student Loan Assistance Through TIAA and Savi

Navigate Your Student Loans with Confidence

As part of our commitment to employee financial well-being, Dickinson College has partnered with TIAA and Savi to offer guidance and support for navigating student loan repayment and forgiveness options. All employees are eligible to use this benefit, regardless of whether they participate in the College's retirement plan or have a TIAA account.

For many borrowers, understanding repayment options and determining eligibility for programs such as Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) can be overwhelming. Savi helps simplify the process by providing personalized guidance, repayment analysis, and support navigating federal forgiveness programs.

Whether you are just beginning repayment, pursuing loan forgiveness, or looking for ways to reduce your monthly payments, Savi can help you identify the options that best fit your situation.

Many higher education employees may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness but are unaware of the program requirements or necessary documentation. Savi helps simplify the process and reduce paperwork errors.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

As a private, nonprofit institution, Dickinson College employees may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program if they meet program requirements.

Generally, PSLF is available to borrowers who:

  • Work full-time for a qualifying nonprofit or public service employer.
  • Have eligible federal Direct Loans.
  • Enroll in a qualifying repayment plan.
  • Make 120 qualifying payments while employed by an eligible organization.

Savi helps employees understand their eligibility, complete required paperwork, and stay on track toward forgiveness.
