The Title IX & Sexual Respect Office is committed to a yearly review of our policies. Our Presidential Working Group on Title IX has proposed revisions to the Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Policy. These recommendations follow the 2020 Federal Rules, which are still in effect. We are aware that there are new proposed regulations, and we expect there may be additional revisions next year.
We are providing a 30-day review and feedback period on the proposed revisions to the policy for all members of the Dickinson community. Once we have your feedback, the Presidential Working Group will review the input and determine whether the changes are approved or consider any next steps we may need to take before making changes.
