This is an informal, drop in event for all-students, faculty, and staff.
CCLA's inaugural ChangeMaker in Residence program is designed to bring a community expert to campus who can illuminate diverse pathways to positive social change, whether that includes direct service, activism and advocacy, education, research, or philanthropy. Flow Tejada '11 is CCLA's inaugural resident, and we're delighted to offer this public opportunity to engage with Flow and her beloved community. Whether you share an affinity, career interest, or shared commitment to social change, drop into CCLA to chat with Flow to kick off her residency.
Flow is an equity and impact driven educator who harnesses the power of community building and philanthrophy to build a more loving and equitable world, especially within historically underserved communities. Flow brings 15 years of experience in strategic planning, teaching, adult coaching, curriculum development, culturally responsive learning, and post-secondary pathways (both access and success initiatives). She is a Native Spanish speaker, raised in New York, graduate of public high school and proud alumna from community based programs. While at Dickinson College, Flow was a First-Generation college student and Posse Scholar, majored in American Studies, and now serves on the Board of Trustees.
