China Folk House Info Session

November 5, 2026

Join us during this information session to learn more about the program offerings available for Dickinson students through China Folk House.

China Folk House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a space for experiential learning, cross-cultural exchange, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Through its programs and retreat space, the organization seeks to foster greater understanding of China’s cultural diversity and build meaningful connections between people and communities in China and the United States. Its programming includes hands-on workshops in agriculture, botany, food, sustainable building, and Chinese cultural traditions, as well as retreats, academic programs, and opportunities for dialogue and cultural exchange.

Meet with John Flower, their executive director, and hear about other students' experiences. Also, learn about funding options available for those interested in the program.
