"Social Justice Toolkit: Teaching Black History as Resistance" Dr. Lisa Brock will offer an engaging presentation and workshop on how to use 'A Social Justice Toolkit: Teaching Black History as Resistance.' Based on four lectures Dr. Brock did for the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, and in connection with Howard University and the Melon Foundation, the toolkit contains four sets of curricular units aimed at teaching various aspects of Black history.
