Attendance:
Participation in this event does NOT ensure that you are excused from class or other obligations. You must discuss this with faculty members and receive approval to attend from them, too. Please make this request prior to your application.
If a student must cancel their attendance for any reason, they must notify Suzy Biever (bievergr@dickinson.edu) as soon as possible so that their spot may be offered to another waitlisted student.
Application Process:
Students who wish to travel with Dickinson must complete the application process in order to reserve a seat in the van. This is a selective and space-limited opportunity, and a waitlist will be enacted once the van is filled.
The application deadline is Tuesday, September 8.
To apply, submit on Handshake the following application materials:
An updated resume. It is strongly recommended that students meet with a career pathway advisor for resume help.
A cover letter explaining why you want to participate in this event and what you hope to gain. You should list at least three employers attending that you would want to connect with and why, and what career goals you hope to accomplish through your participation. Cover letters can be directed to the “Center for Career Development.”

This is a great career exploration and networking opportunity! The students chosen to participate will be notified by September 11th via email. Contact Suzy Biever, bievergr@dickinson.edu, with any questions.
Organized by the Center for Career Development.
