The 2026-2027 Management Development Program offers a unique opportunity for supervisors to deepen their leadership capabilities while building connections with colleagues across campus.

Designed for employees with at least two years of supervisory experience, this year-long program includes monthly three-hour sessions focused on topics such as inclusive leadership, team development, coaching, performance conversations, decision-making, change management, enrollment management, and the financing of higher education. Participants will also complete pre-session assignments and engage in ongoing learning through book discussions, case studies, podcasts, readings, and other resources. A capstone-style project may also be incorporated into the program experience. Sessions are held monthly on the second Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and regular attendance and active participation are expected.

Applications are now being accepted. Employees who meet the supervisory experience requirement and are committed to investing in their leadership development are encouraged to apply. Space is limited, and interested candidates can complete an application by using this link or contacting Human Resource Services at hrservices@dickinson.edu. Applications are due no later than August 26, 2026
