Learn the basics of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, traditional Chinese health-promotion practices.

Often viewed as 'meditation in motion,’ Tai Chi instruction is grounded in science-based, evidence-supported exercises that address balance, mobility, strength, and energy along with mental focus and well-being. This class invites ALL levels of strength, confidence, and mobility. Every exercise is adaptable to individual participants' current ability.
