Arabic Club welcome all students, staff, and guests to a night of cooking Middle Eastern and North African cuisine totaling a few main and side dishes to be enjoyed together after sunset as a group dinner (allowing time for our Muslim peers to break Ramadan fast) - come with curiosity and personal knowledge about food and food history and culture, listen to great Arabic-language tunes while we prepare some famous and delicious dishes like Msakhen (chicken and sumac stacks) and Maqlouba (upside down rice, meat, and veggies bowl) and Shorabat 3adis (lentil soup). Maybe handmade desserts if we have time, too! Bring your friends, just be sure to RSVP, and if you cannot make it to help cook, come help us eat after sunset when dinner is served in Stern 102
