Junior music majors Sofia Bischof (oboe) and Dylan Stroppa (baritone) will be joined by collaborative pianist Dr. Eun Ae Baik-Kim for their junior recitals
Geoscience and Oboe Performance double major Sofia Bischof and Political Science and Voice Performance double major Dylan Stroppa will be joined by pianist Eun Ae Baik-Kim for their junior recitals.
Sofia's works include “Fantasie no. VIII” by G. P. Telemann, Saint-Saëns’s Oboe Sonata, Cimarosa’s Concerto for Oboe and Strings, and Malcolm Arnold’s Sonatina for Oboe and Piano.
Dylan will perform “Non più andrai,” from Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro,“Zueignung,” from 8 Gedichte aus “Letzte Blätter” by Strauss, Schubert's Nacht und Träume, Die Forelle, and Rastlose Liebe, If Music be the Food of Love, by Henry Purcell, “Where’er You Walk,” from Handel's Semele, the old English melody False Phillis, “Sebben, crudele,” from Caldara's La costanza in amor vince l'inganno, and Danza Danza, fanciulla gentile by Francesco Durante.
