The Business of Food: Students as Restaurateurs and Entrepreneurs

Their presentation will discuss everything from concept development, branding, market research and sustainable practices, to menu design and food preparation.

Students and professors from the Lycée d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme d'Occitanie, a culinary school in Toulouse, France, will share their experiences designing and launching different entrepreneurial culinary projects.
