The goal is to increase awareness and comfort with the EAP in a low-pressure, accessible format -- especially for employees who may be new to the benefit or unsure where to start.
This general EAP orientation session is designed to provide a brief, practical overview of the Employee Assistance Program, including:
- What the EAP offers and how employees can use it
- How to access services (counseling, legal, financial, work/life support, etc.)
- Common reasons employees reach out and how confidentiality works
- Live Q&A to address general questions
