The Bower is a native plant garden and sculpture park founded, designed, and operated by Dickinson alumni Jane ('73) and Bill ('75) Allis. It is about 25 minutes north of Dickinson in Perry County, Pennsylvania. A privately owned and organically operated venue, The Bower is open and free to the public, features native plant gardens, enhanced meadows, commissioned sculptures and an encircling forest wildland. Their mission is focused upon stewardship, education, and learning.
