Bid Matching is the process where potential new members are matched with a chapter based on mutual selection, following National Panhellenic Conference guidelines.
After preferences are submitted, bids are distributed, and potential new members receive an invitation to join a sorority. This process is designed to be fair, structured, and supportive.
