Free lunch and book giveaway! Join us for a special Lunch & Learn with Vince Spinnato, cosmetic chemist, entrepreneur, author, and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, as he returns to Dickinson to share his story of creativity, resilience, and self-discovery.
Vince has spent over 25 years developing products for celebrities and major brands in the beauty and personal-care industries. His memoir, My Pursuit of Beauty: A Cosmetic Chemist Reveals the Glitz, the Glam, and the Batsht Crazy,* offers a behind-the-scenes look at Hollywood glamour while exploring deeper themes of identity, authenticity, and perseverance as a gay man navigating professional success and personal growth.
This informal lunch discussion is a chance for students to connect with a former Dickinson student who turned his passion into a dynamic career, hear candid reflections on career paths, entrepreneurship, and LGBTQ+ identity in professional spaces, and receive a free copy of Vince’s book (while supplies last!).
