This program is for international students studying at Dickinson on an F-1 visa.
International students on an F-1 visa who want to pursue a U.S.-based internship off-campus (paid or unpaid) OR an internship with an off-campus organization (even if it takes place remotely/from campus), must obtain written authorization on their Form I-20 in the form of Curricular Practical Training (CPT.)
This info session will outline the requirements of CPT and the vital connection between CPT and Dickinson’s Academic Internship Program (INP.) Participants will learn the immigration requirements, timeline, and steps necessary to obtain appropriate work authorization for internships.
