This is a class for ALL AGES and ALL BODIES. Gentle accommodations will make the experience of yoga accessible for various levels of practice with emphasis on learning the techniques and principles of yoga to apply to your own practice. We will use breath work to release tension and incorporate safe movements to increase ease in your body, mind, and energy.
Feel free to bring your own mat, towel or blanket to make sure your experience is comfortable for you - yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be available for all.
Instructor: Nancy Button has trained over 1000 hours as a master yoga teacher in 4 different yoga disciplines. She now trains yoga teachers how to use modern exercise science with ancient yogic science to enhance individual growth and improvement.
