Green Cuisine and the French Food System: Student Independent Study Presentations

Gain a deeper understanding of the French food system through student-led independent investigations.

From seed to plate to the compost pile, Green Cuisine Mosaic students will present on their research and share about experiences exploring French culture, cuisine, and food production models. Student presentations will cover topics relating to food security, consumer behavior, sustainability education, waste management, and more. We hope you will join us! Light refreshments provided.
