Curated by students in Dickinson College’s Senior Art History Seminar, this exhibition of works by Dickinson studio art faculty members represents a unique collaboration between student research and faculty creative scholarship. Through interviews, studio visits and extensive analysis, seniors majoring in art history examine faculty artwork and offer new perspectives in essays published in a professional exhibition catalogue. Additionally, students dive into The Trout Gallery’s permanent collection to consider resonances in subject and style between historical works of art and the professors’ current studio practices. These discoveries from the collection are displayed alongside paintings, photographs, installations and sculptures by Todd Arsenault, Andy Bale, Anthony Cervino and Rachel Eng.

The exhibition continues through April 5.
