Cardio Fusion is appropriate for all who wish to participate. The workout will include intervals of a warm up, cardiovascular and strength, core exercise, and a cool down. This class will be a full body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and strong at the end. The goal is to build stamina and strength. Cardio Fusion can be used as a great break in your day as you take time for yourself with our wonderful instructor Jenni.
