This event is a celebration of the variety of Italian regional cuisine.
Come sample delicious specialties from all regions of Italy: pesto genovese from Liguria, Torta al testo bread from Umbria, dry-cured speck from Trentino-Alto Adige, imported cheeses with truffles, and even some dare-to-try specialties like sea snails! This event is free and open to the entire college community.
