Simply Put: It's All About Tasting Wine The lecture starts by explaining the viticulture in the world and some concepts of the most important regions and varieties in the world. Then we’ll discuss the production of red and white wines, cover the basic concept of tasting, and taste a cabernet sauvignon. Registration deadline: April 14.
