Coping Now - Election Night Wellness Break

Putting aside some time the evening of the election to focus on coping skills in real time.

The Wellness Center recognizes that Election Day is sure to be a stressful day for many of us. Therefore, we are putting aside some time the evening of the election to focus on coping skills in real time. Join us for an hour of "Coping Now" with staff counselors, Dr. Megan Nesbitt and Todd Drazien, LCSW. Take a break from the news cycle and the chatter and give your mind a chance to rest through the nourishment of deep breathing and relaxation. All are welcome. We hope you join us for an hour of coping, breathing, and respite.
