The nation's annual day of remembrance for the victims of the 9/11 attacks.

Dickinson will honor those who died in the 9/11 attacks during a Patriot Day observance organized by the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). It will include the playing of “Taps” as the flag is lowered to half-staff by the ROTC color guard. President Margee Ensign will lay a wreath at the flagpole. Senior music major Chelsea-Mia Pierre will sing “Amazing Grace.” Rev. Donna Hughes, director of the Center for Service, Spirituality and Social Justice, will close the ceremony with a remembrance prayer.
