“College is expensive and valuable. ... Without your support, I wouldn’t have these opportunities to engage on campus and abroad. Your generosity has been life changing.” —Anna Blackmon ’25

Change A Life, Change the WorldThanks to scholarship donors, Anna Blackmon ’25 is a Spanish major and RA who keeps busy with a wide array of extracurricular activities, including as president of the Student Alumni Association, treasurer of the Philosophy Collective, a Philanthropy Fellow and a singer in the Lyric Performance Practicum. In addition to being a Presidential Scholar and Dean's List honoree, she's a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society.

Blackmon appreciates the opportunities at Dickinson to build connections and partnerships with people around the world and to connect with college leadership, alumni and current students. She especially enjoyed taking part in a Spanish for the Health Professions class, which took students into the local community to provide Spanish language translation services for medical personnel providing care to migrant communities.
