This year's Day of Giving, Tuesday, April 5, aims to inspire 3,000 Dickinsonians to make a gift to the college with a simple, but powerful, message: When you make a gift to Dickinson, you change a life; and when change a life at Dickinson, you change the world.
That’s because Dickinson prepares students to become tomorrow’s leaders, communicators, healers, thinkers, innovators, educators, creators, advocates and engaged global citizens. And that enables them to envision and forge a brighter future for us all. Every member of Dickinson’s global community plays a part in this ongoing revolution, and the Dickinson Fund is how they move Dickinson forward.
To join in, visit https://dayofgiving.dickinson.edu on Tuesday, April 5, and make a gift supporting:
Every Day of Giving gift to scholarships, the Conflict-Zone Scholarship Challenge and the Dickinson Fund helps Dickinson uphold its commitment to provide a scholarship to every student who needs one through the Campaign for Scholarships: Change a Life—Change the World initiative. Launched this past fall, this campaign makes it possible for Dickinson to meet the full demonstrated financial need of every student we admit, and you can join in with your Day of Giving gift.
During the day, you can also multiply the impact of your gift by joining in one of the numerous Day of Giving challenges, which include a Dickinson Fund Challenge, a Scholarship Challenge, a Student Wellness Fund Challenge, a Conflict-Zone Scholarship Challenge and a Senior Class Gift Challenge. More information on challenges, how you can celebrate your gift on social media and how you can become a Day of Giving Advocate will be posted in the coming weeks, so be sure to visit the Day of Giving webpage during the next month to learn more.
