Inside Dickinson’s Goodyear Art Studios, students create—and learn how to create—art in its many forms. In The Fundamentals of Composition and Drawing, a course offered by Associate Professor of Art Todd Arsenault '99, students with a range of experience spend time simplifying forms, exploring shapes that live at the heart of more complex creations.
“The world is visual,” says Arsenault. “Everything we look at and interpret on a daily basis, we want to have an understanding of how we’re seeing.”
