Dickinson faculty and students will take the stage for two concerts in December. Both events are free and open to the public.
Dickinson in Song: The Dickinson College Choir
Sunday, Dec. 9, 4 p.m.
Rubendall Recital Hall, Weiss Center for the Arts
The Dickinson College Choir presents a musical portrait of its global campuses, featuring works in Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin, Russian and Spanish. With faculty guest-artist Jim Hontz (guitar) and collaborative pianist Brian Rotz.
Dickinson College Concerto Competition
Tuesday, Dec. 11, 7 p.m.
Rubendall Recital Hall, Weiss Center for the Arts
Students in Dickinson’s performance studies program compete for the opportunity to perform as a soloist in the Dickinson College Orchestra’s spring concert.
