Day of Giving Kicks Off

The second Day of Giving kicks off today

The Day of Giving kicks off today, asking the Dickinson community to make 2,020 gifts to the college in a single day. Bringing together Dickinsonians around the world, the effort aims to top last year's record-breaking Day of Giving, which collected 2,017 gifts totaling $449,945 in 24 hours.

Every gift counts

In addition to supporting facilities enhancements, scholarships, faculty development, student-faculty research, sustainability, academic programming, student life, athletics and more, every gift counts toward the historic 2,020 goal. Whether you're an alum, a student, a faculty or staff member, a parent, or a friend of the college, you can be a part of Day of Giving by making your gift today.

Join in and Celebrate

In addition to making a gift, you can support Day of Giving by spreading the word through social media. The Office of College Advancement has posted a Day of Giving social media toolkit with graphics you can download and post to show your support.

To help build excitement around the day, the advancement office has set up a series of Day of Giving events and displays on campus:
