Colonel Jack H. Jacobs Discusses Military Service With ROTC Students

Jack H. Jacobs, a retired colonel in the United States Army, won the Medal of Honor for his actions during the Vietnam War. He met with four Dickinson College ROTC students before their 2014 Commissioning ceremony during Commencement weekend.
