There is no charge for an office visit; however, some associated services will incur charges.
The following are accepted methods of payment:

Fees for Medications
- Pharmaceutical services (per bottle): $5-$25
- Therapeutic Injection: $15
- Injection Charge: $15 (medication provided by outside prescription)
