 Associated Fees

There is no charge for an office visit; however, some associated services will incur charges. 

The following are accepted methods of payment:

  1.  Cash or check
  2.  Charge to Student Account
  3.  Credit Card Charge
  4.  Debit by Declining Balance

Fees for Medications

  • Pharmaceutical services (per bottle): $10-$25
  • Therapeutic Injection: $15
  • Injection Charge: $15 (medication provided by outside prescription)

Fees for Immunizations

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Adacel): $70
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria:  $40
  • Flu vaccine: $0 (Flu Vaccine Clinic)  $21 (Health Services Office)
  • Hepatitis A:  $90

Fees for Durable Medical Equipment
