 Associated Fees

There is no charge for an office visit; however, some associated services will incur charges. 

The following are accepted methods of payment:

  1.  Cash or check
  2.  Charge to Student Account
  3.  Credit Card Charge
  4.  Debit by Declining Balance

Fees for Medications

  • Pharmaceutical services (per bottle): $5-$25
  • Therapeutic Injection: $15
  • Injection Charge: $15 (medication provided by outside prescription)

Fees for Immunizations

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Adacel): $60
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria:  $40
  • Flu vaccine: $0 (Flu Vaccine Clinic)  $20 (Health Services Office)
  • Hepatitis B: $60
  • Meningitis (Menveo): $120
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR): $80
  • TB SkinTest (PPD): $20
  • Varicella (Varivax): $140

  • Blood Sugar: $10
  • Influenza Screen:  $25
  • Mono Test: $12
  • Strep Screen: $20
  • Blood Draw: $10
  • Ear Lavage: $10
  • Incision and Drainage:  $8
  • Nebulizer Treatment: $20
  • Allergy Injections: $15 -$20
  • MC Destruction:  $8
  • Urinalysis (Dip): $8
  • Urinalysis (Microscope): $12

Fees for Sexual Health Services

  • Chlamydia: Free
  • Gonorrhea: Free
  • HIV Testing: Free
  • Herpes Testing:  Free
  • Syphillis Testing: Free
  • Pap Smear: $20
  • Urine pregnancy test: $ 8
  • Wet Prep/KOH Slide: $12
  • Oral and Emergency Contraceptives - $12 (or less)

Fees for Durable Medical Equipment

  • Ace Wrap:  $5
  • Air Cast: $30
  • Crutches (Borrowed): Free
  • Crutches (Not Returned): $35
  • Finger Splint: $10

Physical Exams:
