Please recall that your best and fastest option for resetting your password or unlocking your Dickinson account is by using the Identity Management Portal at: identity.dickinson.edu

 

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Reset

If you are having trouble authenticating with MFA (you changed your phone or deleted the MFA app from your phone), please follow the link below to fill out the secure form and request to have your MFA settings reset.  

Please note the resets are manual (this is not an automatic process) and the Help Desk is only in operation Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
