Dickinson Password/MFA Reset Request Form

Please recall that your best and fastest option for resetting your password or unlocking your Dickinson account is by clicking "Can't access your account?" on the Office 365 login page here: login.microsoftonline.com

If you are unable to unlock your account via the link above OR are having issues with MFA or Banner PINs, please follow the link below to fill out the secure form and request to have your Dickinson account password, or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings, reset.  

Please note the resets are manual (this is not an automatic process) and the Help Desk is only in operation Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
