The Help Desk is available to work with you to identify issues you may encounter with your technology and work toward resolution. Should higher levels of technical assistance be needed, we escalate the ticket to the correct person for further resolution.

Access self-help knowledge articles in our new Knowledge Base.
Our Knowledge Base is detailed and broken down into topics for easy browsing. There is also a quick search option to simplify your browsing even further.
In addition to providing knowledge articles, the Knowledge Base also gives you the option to request additional assistance from the Help Desk or request training from a User Services staff member. And, while we have done our best to provide solutions to questions we see often, we welcome your suggestions for KB articles and have provided a form for submitting them right from the platform.
