Enrollment in Another Institution Form

Are you planning to take courses over the summer or during January term for transfer to Dickinson? If so, you need to fill out the online Enrollment in Another Institution form prior to enrolling. Students and faculty can access the form by logging into their Gateway and clicking on Forms Center in CLIQ.
