Accessible via the link below and on the Risk Management webpage, this registry is designed to promote enhanced awareness of college-affiliated international travel outside of a CGSE-sponsored study abroad program. As an added benefit, individuals anticipating travel to a country rated by the US State Department with a Travel Advisory Level 3 or higher can also use this form to facilitate review by the institutional International Travel Risk Assessment Committee (ITRAC).

All students, faculty, and staff seeking international travel outside of a CGSE-sponsored program should submit their information to this registry as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days prior to travel.

Mobile Computing Initiative: Classroom Updates

Thank you to members of the faculty who submitted feedback regarding classroom technology as part of the Mobile Computing Initiative (MCI).

The MCI working group has carefully reviewed all submissions and followed up with most contributors to discuss the instructional spaces that were identified as potentially needing to retain their existing computers. While a few conversations are still ongoing, we want to share the status and plans.

Before the fall 2025 semester begins, we strongly encourage all to review the MCI Dashboard to understand where computing changes will take place this summer and beyond. The MCI Dashboard can be found by clicking the "More Information" link below.

Thank you.
