Change Management is a guiding process to help transition the campus community from Banner and other impacted applications to Workday.
Change Management assists with engagement of a new process and understanding changes - and the reason a change is needed, supporting the adoption of the change(s).
Key components of Change Management, according to the Prosci ADKAR model for change include:
- Awareness - an awareness and understanding of the need for the change(s)
- Desire - a desire to participate and support the change(s)
- Knowledge - an understanding and gaining knowledge on what and how to successfully change
- Ability - learning and gaining ability to implement the skills and behaviors for the change
- Reinforcement - supporting and sustaining the change(s)
Resources and links found here aim to reduce stress and increase adoption of Workday, which will streamline and automate processes, responsibilities and communication channels!
