Aspiration: Developing Leaders for 21st-Century Revolutionary Challenges will establish a college-wide curricular and cocurricular leadership framework. Centered on relationship-based leadership and a shared vocabulary of value-focused concepts for students, faculty and staff, the outcome will allow young Dickinsonians to fully recognize and articulate the power of Dickinson’s useful liberal-arts education.

The Food, Agriculture & Resource Management (FARM) Lab

Aspiration: FARM Lab will be a multiuse facility at the College Farm that uses state-of-the-art green building technologies to create a living laboratory capable of supporting year-round interdisciplinary learning, place-based research, collaborative initiatives and off-campus social activities as well as generating revenue.
