Join Eboo Patel in a student workshop!
He will introduce students to the concepts discussed in his recent book, Interfaith Leadership, which explores the core competencies and skills of interfaith leadership and addresses the issues interfaith leaders face and how they can prepare to solve them. While it can be challenging to navigate the differences and disagreements that can arise from interactions between people of different faith, skilled interfaith leaders are vital if we are to have a strong, religiously diverse democracy. Eboo will discuss with students the philosophical underpinnings of interfaith theory and outline some of the skills necessary to practice interfaith leadership today.
